FAQ

faq answer #3

Architects are required to have a five year college degree in Architecture and serve two years of internship before qualifying to take the State licensing exam. Professional Building Designers are usually non-licensed professionals recognized by State Law. Although some may have also achieved the same level of education and training as architects, they have chosen not to take the State exam required to become registered architects.

Professional Fee usually is the primary difference between a Professional Building Designer and an Architect. The Designer's fee usually is considerably less than that of an Architect.....as much as 20-30% less. For a Fee quote on your project please contact us. We will contact you within three (3) business days after receiving your request.
